I've noticed that several other products by other manufacturers carry a feature that calculates the VO2 max during cardio exercise. I love my Fitbit and think this would be a valuable feature that allows people to truly see where their fitness levels are. How difficult would thus be to add to the firmware in surge, charge HR and Blaze?

Feel free to add your suggestions to the 'Feature Requests' Sub Forum, where users can vote, add comments,.. if there's a certain interest then there's a chance the developers pick it up and it'll be developed.

 

Since it can require a change in hardware as well, it's possible to suggest for future trackers, as otherwise the idea can be declined. If the current Fitbit Trackers could do this, it would have been possible be integrated by now..
