My Fitbit blaze is on and off displaying a cold thermometer error message. This happened on my previous blaze and they sent me a new one. However, now they will not send me a replacement even though this Blaze has the same error message and it is still under warranty. Any advice to permanently fix this issue?

If it's still under warranty then get back to them as you will still be eligible for a replacement.
Are you sure you haven't hit the clause in the warranty terms that says: "Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer" and you are no longer under warranty?
