I read somewhere that if you buy a fitbit from within an EU country that the warranty is extended to a 2 years? Can anyone tell me if this s true? Thank you in advance

EU does have a 2 year warranty. You can check details at www.fitbit.com/returns

Hello @weezybee74 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 As @SteveH mentioned if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
