So I solved my last poblem but now I have a new one. My watch's Heart Rate tracking function isn't working. I need this to be able to track my sleep well. I have gone through Fitbit's Help Article about it and done all that was intructed there, excepting calling, of course, because they're not there this late at night. This is a brand new, out of the box tracker as of just this afternoon and even with the function set to "On" instead of "Auto" the lights on the back are barely lighting up where as the lights on my old, supposidly "broken"* watchface I still have light up bright enough to hurt your eyes if you look right at them.
Did Fitbit send me another broken product or has the light system been updated and I have have my settings wrong? Plase help, what should I do?

Hey there @Topknot. Good to see you around! 🙂
I would recommend two things. The first would be to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until your tracker reboots and see if there is an improvement after that. Also, there are some recommendations that I would like to point you to just to make sure you'll get the best results out of your tracker. To see the recommendations, click here.
Let me know if you still need more help with this!

Hello!
I also have a problem with the heartrate mesure: it doesn´t work properly while I workout. For example, it´s not possible that my maximum heartrate during a spinning class it's only 109. I also know this because this is my second blaze. I had one that had a general malfunction and I had to return it. Nevertheless, the heartrate tracker worked perfectly fine and my heartrate would go way up during spinning classes. This new blaze works perfectly except the heartrate. I tried to follow the suggestions left here by the moderators but it got even worse: now, it doesn´t mesure heartrate at all, in any circumstances (sleeping, walking, working out..).
Should I try anything else to solve the problem or is it better to return it? 😞

Hi @SunsetRunner. Good to see you in the Forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate is not working properly. If you've tried the suggestions (including restarting your Blaze which consist on pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until it reboots) to no avail, I would say that the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and see what could be going on and I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track!
Anything else, let me know, I'll be happy to help!
