Welcome to the forums!

I would try a restart for the first problem.

Do it at least 3 times.

I am having the same problem. I am having a problem with the part of the app that recognizes the 250+ steps an hour. Even when I am reaching this goal the app is not recognizing it and logging it on the app. Seems to be worse if I get to the goal in the last 10 minutes of the hour. Very frustrating to have my Blaze say yeah 11/11 hours but the app is only registering 9/11!

Well @ShailuRajArra restarting the tracker will not change any info on the tracker, and certainly will not change any info that is already on the server.

I'm not exactly sure where the problem is but the active hour issue  it is a known issue that the developers are looking into.
