Hello
Last Tuesday morning I received my weekly progress report and it only gave me information for one day (even though I had been wearing the Fitbit every day). I thought it was a one time error so didn’t do anything about it.
This morning I have received my weekly report and it only has data for Monday-Thursday, again I have worn for the full week with majority of my steps/exercise taking place on the Friday and Saturday.
It is so frustrating and annoying.
Anyone know why this is happening?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your weekly reports don't include all of your data. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I recommend syncing your tracker Sunday night to ensure your weekly reports include all your information.
