charged my blaze last night. it was fine when i put it on and i did my usual am walk (30 min, 15-18 flights of stairs, 27-30 active minutes). when i finished my walk the data was all there. then about 15 minutes later i noticed, the time was wrong (NOT a time zone thing) and all my walk data was GONE. i have reset the device several times. the time is now correct, but the data is still missing. i find this is happening more and more often. (along with needing to recharge more frequently) can i edit my stairs and active minutes?? or is the day just a wash?

@undrgrndgirl Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I'm glad to hear that your Blaze is showing the correct timezone now.
In regards to the battery draining issue, please try the tips mentioned in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
can i edit my stairs and active minutes? You could manually log an activity to get this data showing in your Dashboard follow the steps mentioned here.
Regarding the activity that was lost, please provide me with more details:
- Did your activity sync to your account?
- Has it only happened with a walk?
- Did your day's total reduced in your Blaze?
Keep me posted.
