Weight Training with Fitbit Blaze

Hello

I'm wanting to use my fitbit blaze whilst weight training but unsure how accurate the "Weights" section of excercise is.

Would I need to start the excercsise whilst I'm lisfting weights and then pause it during rest times, or let it run?

Equally, do I need to use the "Weights" section in Excercise or can I just train and it will auto-recognise?

Thanks

Rory

Welcome to the Community @RoryKiernan! Your Blaze has the option to record weights as an exercise and this way you can see how many calories you did during that time. You don't need to start and stop the exercise option because once your tracker syncs, the activities will show separately and you won't have the whole activity as one.

If you don't start the exercise in your Blaze, it won't automatically record it. Because it's not one of SmartTrack activities.

Additionally, you may want to check this post from @vinotauro where he posted his experience using his Blaze while weight training

Hope this helps!
