Whasapp Call and Notifications on Fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

Whasapp is hugh here in Asia but i can't receive call and message notifications on my fitbit blaze. This is really disappointing! I have a made in china fitness tracker, much cheaper of course (US$25 only), and it'll beep whenever there is a message or call on my whasapp. Can you see if this feature could be incorporate on your next APP update?

Thanks,

Kelly

You should be able to get caller ID, what phone do you have? If it's an Android then yes what's up should be available. We should be able to help you get something working

I use Bitticker for all notifications apart from calls which now need to be handled by the Fitbit app, they will not work with any 3rd party app at the moment.

You would need to find the Bitticker apk on Google, I am using v2.02. I set Fitbit to deal with calls and Bitticker to handle notifications, I have calendar notifications off and set Bitticker to forward them. It is easy to set up and can forward notifications for any apps.

There is another app on Playstore called Fit Notifications which does work fine , I tested it but just preferred Bitticker

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Keltan77!  Currently WhatApp is only available for Android users, I suggest to visit our Feature Request board and share your idea. I found one but it's related to the Surge so I suggest to add a new one for the Blaze. @Theo1967 and @Rich_Laue thanks for your cooperation! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! 😉
