What do I need to do before exchanging Blaze?

Do i need to do some sort of backup or anything?? Or what data is in the actual fitbit that needs to be synced to the new device?  whats the process?

Nothing, after a sync all the data is on fitbit.com, the only thing left on the tracker or a few setting for stride, BMR etc. These settings where loaded on the Blaze apon setup.

If your giving the Blaze to somebody else, then these settings will be overwritten by their new settings. As for getting access to these, they are write only and can i kg be accessed by the tracker not the app.
