What is going on with the tracking?

I have been wearing my Blaze 24/7 since March 1st (except for charging) and the tracking and syncing has become inconsistent and inaccurate. It's very aggravating and disappointing after starting out so well!! I wish I had never done the updates!!

So many of us are with you. Hopefully there is a fix coming soon. They should make the previous software available to install. That one seemed to work.

I'm returning my Blaze to the store today. Since 2011, I've owned the Fitbit One, Ultra, and Charge HR. I loved all of them . . . but the Blaze's accuracy is terrible. It barely registers half my steps. There's really no point owning a tracker if it doesn't, you know, track!

If Fitbit releases some update that fixes the Blaze, then I'll happily re-purchase in the future. Until then . . .

i was told by customer service that they are working on the issue and it would be in the next update--no time frame was given unfortuately.  i just checked by doing .54 miles on the treadmill

Blaze gave me credit for .38

the longer you are in the exercise the wider the difference is.  I hope that it is fixed soon too.  the inaccuaracy bothers me when i am trying to hit specific targets for my weightloss program.

Fands, the accuracy %-wise is constant but the absolute gap obviously increases.  At 70% accuracy, you walk 1 mile it registers 0.7 (0.3 miles lost).  You walk 5 miles, it registers 3.5 miles (1.5 miles lost).

Not sure why a software fix is that problematic.  Their previous trackers worked fine -- what is wrong with the Blaze ?  BTW, of lesser importance (and for now, it kinda compensates for the undercounting) but I get steps/distance when at my PC (a bit) and even driving (less).
