I drive a truck and my tracker thinks I'm walking... THOUSANDS of steps. I found the app drivebit but found it useless. If the tracker uses steps as ONE of the factors in calculating calories burned and those steps are wrong then calories burned is wrong. So, what's the point of the tracker? Any suggestions?

@EdW68Welcome.. With your Blaze the Fitbit will use a combination of the effort factor for the steps using the inbuilt 3D Accelerometer and your HR. Depending on your age related HR profile ie 220 minus age * 0.50 will give you the start of your fat burn zone. If you HR while driving is under that there will probably be no significant calories burned..
You can check that period of driving time by creating an Active Record on your PC.
From your Activity Log, click on the large stopwatch at the bottom of the view, enter the times etc and log. Then click on the very small stopwatch next to the description and you will see the per minute graph and you can analyse the cause and effect there with Steps and Calories.
