When Will FitBit Finally FIX the Blaze to Android Syncing Problem?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've completed all resets, all remove and reinstall, everything. My Blaze will stop sycing at any given time and will sync when it feels like it. Especially when I'm not looking. That could be once a day. Twice a week. Whenever.

FitBit - you clearly know this is an issue. The resets don't work for everyone and too many users are experiencing the same issue.

All I want to know is when are you going to fix it?

I've been using FitBit since 2012 and I've gone through many of your devices. But I'm considering chucking this for something else. It shouldn't be this hard to sync data. And I'm very disappointed that you're not upfront and honest that this is an issue that you're actively working to resolve. Or maybe you're not. I can't tell.

If you have all day sync enabled it will sync, or try to sync on its own schedule.

For me my complaint is not that the app doesn't sync, but it fails to tell me that it just did do a successful sync.

Example:

I open the app, it does a sync cycle, i get a congradulations for meeting my step goal, another notice saying i just passed two people in the challange. My app however still says it hasn't synced in 4 hours.

The app will say it hasn't synced, yet the phones web based dashboard shows the same data on the tracker since it just synced through the phone app.

For t

Me the problem is not the sync cycle, but the ref trash cycle after a successful but not confirmed sync.
