When do changes to my Hourly Activity Goal ake effect?

My schedule is changing as of tmw. I want to change my Hourly Activity Hours for tmw but I want today to stay the same.

I'd wait to change them till tonight and do a manual sync before going to bed if you want to keep today's activity the same

When you make a change to your goals (or even the clock face) you will need to do a manual sync (if you want it done right then) or wait till your device syncs automatically later that day.
