Which tracker is the most reliable?

Hello. I've had two Fitbit Flex trackers and a blaze since 2015. My blaze is fully charged on the charger and fully dead within 15 seconds off the charger. I really liked the blaze. I was offered a discount to get a new one. Does anyone know what the life expectancy is for the trackers? I dont know if I should try a new watch or move on to another brand...

Hi @Lawrence503

Honestly, my Fitbits last about two years. Some people have had a Flex last over three years. It varies by device and by individual.

I loved my Flex, then I loved my Blaze and now I'm loving my Alta HR. It's a bit slimmer than the Blaze and doesn't count stairs, but it's all I need.

Why not go to the Fitbit Store and do a comparison of the devices. You can't use the discount on the new Versa or Ionic, but I'm sure you'll find a style of Fitbit that will suit you.

Let us know what you get.

The Blaze lasts 1 year and 1 week.  Sad that these relatively expensive electronics don't last longer.

In the same life raft....highly recommend moving on...With customer service's best solution is to reinvest in an inferior product, how can we have any confidence in the next purchase...

i for one don't want to be having the same conversation with a disinterested company when their product clearly has design flaw(s).

Good luck and good tracking!
