Can someone tell me why I get a "look alive" message? I get this message every night at 2am.

Check your alarm settings and turn off your alarm.

I got a look alive alert on my device at 826 pm for the first time - I have never set an alarm.

I had an alarm on the Fitbit go off tonight and it was titled look alive. It was set to go off every night at 7:03. I’m so confused 🤷

I found after a lot of frustration that “Alexa” has a different set of alarms then the Fitbit itself. All you need to do is turn off the “Alexa” alarms by saying “Alexa remove all my alarms”. You can also access “Alexa” alarms by pressing the icon in the upper most right side of the screen when “Alexa” is accessed. This is the settings for “Alexa”.
