Just took it out of the box completed set up and it will not charge. get a symbol that looks like a thermomitor with a triangle behind it? what is going on?

I've never heard anyone mention this before, have you tried using the phones charger?

@Boatmiester You may need to contact support about this if restarting the tracker hasn't cleared the error screen or if it hasn't been in any extreme temperatures. (Hot or cold)
