Same problem persists. Several lengthy tech sessions and a replacement device have not yielded results. problem began with the Android update on 8/8. Unfortunately have stopped using /wearing my device.

Best AnswerSamsung is apparently not releasing the update that fixes the Fitbit problem for older phones. (I have a Galaxy S5 that works just fine -- except for not synching with Fitbit since Aug 8.) Their advice is for you to get a new phone. Meanwhile, Fitbit wants you to get one of their bracelets so you can wear an ad for their product on your wrist, so they are discontinuing the popular One. I'm disappointed in both companies at this point.
