Won't sync after android update

Hi all my blaze will not sync or update after the latest android update I have a Samsung edge s7. Anyone else having issues?

Yay it is now synching. Maybe they have fixed it?

Same problem persists. Several lengthy tech sessions and a replacement device have not yielded results. problem began with the Android update on 8/8. Unfortunately have stopped using /wearing my device.

Mine is working now. Not sure if fitbit corrected the fault but the steps i
took were......uninstall fitbit app. Turn off bluetooth. Reboot phone.
Reinstall fitbit and turn on bluetooth. Wait for about an hour and it may
start to synch. Good luck.

Samsung is apparently not releasing the update that fixes the Fitbit problem for older phones. (I have a Galaxy S5 that works just fine -- except for not synching with Fitbit since Aug 8.) Their advice is for you to get a new phone. Meanwhile, Fitbit wants you to get one of their bracelets so you can wear an ad for their product on your wrist, so they are discontinuing the popular One. I'm disappointed in both companies at this point.

Received a new android update yesterday.  Flex seems to be working again with my GS5.

I had the same problem and had to restart my Bluetooth on the phone.  Once the Bluetooth was turned off and on, the fitbit started to sync again.
