Won't sync correctly

my Fitbit died and when I charged it to turn it back on, it won't sync. It's been about three days and it still won't sync. An error comes up when I try to reset my device now so I am at a loss at what to do from this point.

Welcome to the Community @stc26, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, could you please be more specific about the error you are seeing or could you provide me with a picture of it?

Thanks for the information @stc26. Please restart your Blaze and after the restart process, follow these steps from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

 

If you see that error again, please provide me with a screenshot of it.
