Not syncing

Every 3 or 4 days I have to reset resync my blaze,  when I do,  it is usually missing a day or two,  yet I was wearing the blaze and had record on the blaz,  just not the app.  This is rather frustrating as I have to do this at least once a week.

Great to see you around @memefit, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps, your tracker should sync properly. Keep in mind that after syncing, you should be able to see all of your information since your tracker save your data.

When I sync it,  it does retrieve the data,  but say on Wed I see it hadn't sync since Monday,  I'll sync it,  it'll bring up the rest of Monday and Wednesday but won't show Tuesday recording,  yet it did record on my blaz because I do check that throughout the day.

Thanks for the information @memefit. Do you have the all day sync option on? If you don't, you can turn on this option in order for your tracker to sync constantly. If you don't have this option on, you can always go to your app and manually sync.
