Won't sync

Hi, I have a Sony M4 on the most recent Android software. I have had no trouble with my Blaze for the past 6 months, but about a week ago it simply stopped syncing. Have reinstalled the app, restarted the Blaze several times, but it says that my tracker can't be found. Any help would be welcome

Welcome to the Community @SamButts. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. First, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device. If your phone is not listed, that's the reason why you are having problems with it. But you can always try our syncing troubleshoot.
