After software update, the back button on my blaze stopped working, which makes my blaze unusable. Any ideas how this can be fixed. None of the tips on the Fitbit webpage work, as the back button is required to reset the device.

Seeing new names is always great, I hope you're liking it here @Kris1982! I moved your post to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.
If the button is not responding at all whenever you press it, I'd recommend that you get in touch with our Support Team. I'm positive they will be happy to help you with your Blaze.

I would also try a hardware Shutdown through the Blaze settings menu, no buttons are needed.
If the Blaze turns on with a press of the back button you should be good.
