Hello, my fitbit just randomly turned off and I thought "oh OK maybe it needs charging and I didn't realise" so I plugged it in but nothing is happening, the screen is blank and the green lights at the back are no longer on.   I hope someone can help. Thanks 😊

Mine did exactly the same thing last night 😟. I need to have it running tomorrow for an event. Any help would be great!!
