My Fitbit was dead for about a week, and I put it on the charger an hour ago and it's blinked the Fitbit logo every few seconds and I can't get it to turn on

Hey guys @Carmen28 @123Mitchell, good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your trackers are not working but let me give you a hand here.

@Carmen28, try to restart your tracker. You can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for about 10-12 seconds. Do this while your tracker is in the charger and this should make it reboot.

@123Mitchell, it sounds like you're trying to set up your tracker from your bluetooth settings on your iPhone. Please download the Fitbit app from this link or go to the App Store on your iPhone and look for Fitbit. After you've downloaded the app, create an account if you haven't done so yet and once the account is created, go to the Account section and here tap on the "Set up a new device" option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps you and if you need anything else, let me know! 🙂

Hi there. I just opened my new Fitbit blaze today. The Fitbit did not turn on out of the box. I plugged it into the charger and set it all up and synced it. Both on the charger and the phone, it shows it is is fully charged and is also synced to my phone.

However out of the charger I still cannot turn the Fitbit on. I have tried numerous times. I have also tried resetting (holding left button and bottom right) both whilst on the charger and not. I have not once been able to turn this thing on. Any ideas? Should I take it back to the store?

Cheers

Yes, take it back to the store. It is faulty. I had to send mine back and
they sent me a new one. This one works fine.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @PaoloF! Glad to see you around!

If you've already set up your tracker and it appears to be connected on your phone but the display doesn't turn on, I will agree with @123Mitchell and suggest getting in touch with the Support Team directly for them to take a look and get you back on track!

Let me know how it goes!
