Hi, my Blaze is only a few months old. This morning, the screen started shaking side to side. I turned it off thinking maybe I could reset it but then it  would not turn back on. It’s been charged. It has not touched water. Not sure what’s going on...

Can you do a restart?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
