Won't update/Wrong time

Update needed, so I hit sync, but it never updates it. Also, my battery went dead and I charged it, but it won't update the time. Anyone else have these issues?

You said the battery went dead, this means the time will be off. When you say update I'm assuming you mean sync and not a firmware uodate.
Have you tried a restart of the tracker by holding in both the left and lower right buttons? Or restarting the phone?

If it is for an update, I recommend following the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post. If it is for syncing, follow our syncing troubleshoot. Once you complete this your time will correct itself.
