My Blaze is only a few hours old. I cannot get it to sync properly, my watch face will not change I have tried with my computer and my phone? This is my second Fitbit they seem to have a lot of problems with syncing I'm kind of regretting the purchase.

May we have some info to clarify the problem @Mammasita125
Does your tracker still display www.firbit.com/setup?
If so then we need to finish the setup.
Have you been able to connect the tracker to your Fitbit account?
At what point did the setup process fail?

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze, have the instructions provided by our friend worked? If you keep having problems, could you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far?
