Have tried all these and can’t get my Blaze to display notifications. I am seriously getting frustrated!

That's too little info to be able to help. What phone? Is it one of the 'known to work with Blaze' models? Did setup go normally? Did it work before and stop? Reset phone and reset Blaze? Bluetooth on and Blaze paired? Does Fitbit sync work successfully?

Hi... same here... it's almost 4 months now since switching from note 4 to galaxy s8+... no notifications ... not even the test notification is working.. gettin impatient and my blaze is becoming useless without notifications.. pls help

I appreciate the effort is trying to fix this issue. If you are having issues receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.
