Blaze only working in cradle

My new Fitbit Blaze says its fully charged and when I take it off the charger it won't turn on and when I connect it back to the charger it says its flat again.

Sounds like the battery is defective. Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe). If you are covered then contact customer support to see what your options are: contact.fitbit.com
