Hi, @DavidArline, if it has definitely had two or three hours charging (either on a computer that is awake and active) try giving it a restart. You may need to repeat this several times, but that can bring a Fitbit back to life.
It also can help to look at these battery charging troubleshooting tips in case the Blaze isn't getting adequate charge.
