Bought the Blaze yesterday...opened it got account set up for new device. Plugged it to charge and sync but it wont charge because it wont sync BUT and it wont sync because it wont charge!!! I have it in the charger the correct way. I have turned bluetooth off and on, tryed deleting the blaze and readding. I have done everything everyone has recommended...Please help someone.

Hello @smnyburg, what are you using to charge the Blaze? Preferably your phones charger i suggest. Now when plugging it in you should feel a slight vibration tell8ng you that it is charging.
The reason it wont sync is probably because it still hasn't been set up yet and has the message of www.fitbit.com/setup. This would also explain the lake of a charge icon

Thank you for responding Rich_Laue. I contacted support. It was malfunctioning. It would reset itself everytime it tried to sync. I am waiting on the replacement. Im hoping I have no further issues...
