Hello, 

 

Hoping someone can help with the below.

I changed from a Surge to a Blaze last week - apart from a couple little things, it seems like it was the right choice to switch!

Once i deleted the surge and registered the blaze, my app asked me to read the '101 guide' which i have done, however the message doesnt disappear, i've reset the blaze, reset the app, logged onto the desktop site.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

i've attached a photo, hoping someone might be able to help.

Hello @Cooky did you read the 101 guide by tapping on the red banner, then scroll to the bottm of the guide? Or did you read it through the help page in the app? Do it the first way, or wait a week and it will disapear.

There was no reason to delete the Surge,  you can keep both connected if you would like.
