Workout did not register

I had a spin class today for 45 minutes and it didn’t register my workout or my heart rate. Heart rate is still not registering on my Blaze.

Has this happened before or this is the first time that you experience this? Is your heart rate working fine regularly (are the green lights on the back flashing?) and only for that activity it didn't register the heart rate or it doesn't record your heart rate at all?

I would say in the meantime, restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to log another spinning class or anything else and see if it logs correctly and if the heart rate will also show up for the activity.

Thank you for your email! I figured it out I somehow turned the heart monitor off in the settings so I’m all set now
