Updated my Blaze 2 days ago, 10mins turned into 4 hr update.
Went to do a workout today, because rowing isnt in auto mode.
I use the workout mode , but, alas it no longer exists?
Wth has happened

Go into the app, remove Workout as an option, add it back in, then sync.

As it has been said before, open the app, remove the workout, sync. Then choose it again in the app and sync. Now it should be back again.
