Workout doesn't show

Updated my Blaze 2 days ago, 10mins turned into 4 hr update.
Went to do a workout today, because rowing isnt in auto mode.
I use the workout mode , but, alas it no longer exists?
Wth has happened

@Rodger24 yes we know that for many users the workout has disapeered,. If@The_Lion's answer doesn't work, it shoild, then we use the search function for some answers. Any post with a check mark has an approved answer that fixed the problem.

Go into the app, remove Workout as an option, add it back in, then sync.

Trouble is .it has disappeared from the Blaze

As it has been said before, open the app, remove the workout, sync. Then choose it again in the app and sync. Now it should be back again.

Actually removed the app from phone and tablet and reinstalled. ! And then it suddenly reappeared. TY
