Wristband Blaze

I pre-ordrered the Blaze.  My wrist would ordinarily be small, according to the size chart.  However, I also ordered a replacement band for my original fitbit, and the band is much too small.  I can barely connect it on the last 2 hooks and last night, it fell off.  Should I have ordered Large - there is no medium option?  Since I pre-ordered, I do not want to get into returning product.  Thanks.

For which model did you get the replacement band that doesnt fit? Cant be the Blaze as it is not out yet.

As for the Blaze make sure you measure your wrist or have some one do it and then check the size chart in the shop to make sure you get the right size and then change your order.

Hi, @corellc , I am guessing you currently have a Flex, as that the only one currently available that has a replaceable wrist band.  The size small in the Flex band says it fits wrists 5.5 - 6.5 .  The Blaze has a little more room: small is 5.5-6.7.

Here's a sizing tool for the Blaze that you might find helpful.  If you decide the small is too small you can cancel your pre-order -- your card won't have been charged yet -- and make a new order.

It was for the basic model; I clasp it with a surgical clamp, and for now it works. When I get my Blaze, I'll donate the original to one of my kids. Thanks.

You can always order from the second hand seller so you dont have to purchase for full price. If the band doesnt fit there is www.akrasno.com and they have the original products but atleast you wont spend $200 on a band. Hope that helps they also sell just the frame alone in 4 different colors.

I ordered a Blaze with a large band. Can I replace it with the small band? In other words, can I refit it with a small band. It would be easier for me to just replace the band if I can.

I'm very pleased with the Blaze bands available on Amazon from UMTele for less than $10, link here.  I bought a white one myself, and then my wife got me the yellow, red and teal blue for my birthday.  To my great delight, they mix and match beautifully, and now I can customize my Blaze to match any mood.
