I am currently waiting for a replacement blaze due to charging issues & HR monitoring problems. However, I put on my current blaze this morning and had to remove it by noon because it was burning my wrist! Upon removing it, I touched the HR monitor areas which was HOT! I even asked other people to test it and they agreed it was abnormally hot.
I respectfully request that complaints such as these be taken seriously. This is not a user issue and has nothing to do with the tightness of the band or irritation due to lack or removal/cleaning. This is a flaw in the product. Constantly offering these suggestions to consumers undermines our intelligence and problem solving abilities.

Intel recalled all Basis peak for an issue like that although I only saw a handful of users that got that. Maybe Fitbit will recall all the blaze and refund the money like Basis did 🙂
