Hi, @Aslam, floors are counted by detecting very small changes in air pressure indicating a rise of approx 10 ft.  Your Blaze will count "floors" also if you go up an incline or hill while walking.

However, because it is very sensitive it can also be affected by changes in weather.  Extra floors will likely be awarded if it is very windy or stormy or if a weather front is coming in.  You can even be awarded a "floor" if a door swings open or slams.

It is best to take your floor count as a guide only and be aware that while it is pretty accurate on very calm, still days, it may be incorrect under certain corcumstances.

@Aslam, without more information I don't think anyone can comment on that.

Fitbit advises that if you think your Fitbit is not counting your steps correctly you should go outside and without holding anything in your hands and walking normally with your hands hanging loosely by your side take 100 steps, counting as you walk.

Your Fitbit should be 95% accurate, so if you have counted 100 steps your Fitbit should show that you have walked between 95 and 105 steps.  (Obviously you will need to have made a note of the starting number of steps on your Blaze in order to perform this test.

I generally start walking with my left foot, count my right foot step for 100 counts. This gives me a step count if 200.
