I purchased my Blaze a few months ago from a relative. She had used it and decided to upgrade and sold it to me. I have loved it! But three days ago the Back Button stopped working. After doing some research I see that this is a common issue. I found out this morning that the Blaze is past the warranty. This is very frustrating as there seems to be a problem with this device and the Back Button malfunctioning after some usage. I have found topic upon topic with the the button malfunctioning. Seems that Fitbit is selling a product that is not up to standard and the consumer is left holding the bag after the warranty is gone.
Very frustrated consumer.
Have you checked to see if the back button works outside of its frame @spaceace414?
Others have found that by doing the restart the button starts working. Also you can try a shutdown which can be performed without pressing any buttons.
Best AnswerThanks @Rich_Laue. I pulled the Fitbit out of the frame last night and the button still did not work. I am not familiar with how to do a shutdown without pushing any buttons. Do I do this from the app? I will look and see. NOTE: I am scared if I shut it down I will not be able to start it by pushing the left button! lol
EDIT: Did the shutdown and it did not help. 😞

Yeah, I had edited my post above to show I had tried it and it did not work.
The only way I can get back to my main screen (if I go into something else) is to sync with a new watch face. Frustrating.
