Finally got round to buying myself a lovely graphite edition blaze and it is a beautiful looker to be fair, but there's a common issue.
I bought it four days ago and the step count is awful. My £30 ebay chinese jobby is much better.
The boring bit with an example this morning:
Woke up with 60 steps
Within 20 minutes i got dressed, ate cereal and did my teeth. Bare in mind i was gentle with my arm as i knew it's been a pain with counting. Went upstairs once and down twice in a small house. I've racked up 870 steps? Whereas its about 150 max (i was roughly counting)
Drove to work and it hit 950 by the time i parked up.
It loves telling me im in the fat burning zone at random times and happened whilst eating fruit and fibre! That's hardly a workout.
Ive reset it twice, set to dominant and wearing it on the non-dominant hand. Ive tried it looser and tight as well as actually trying it on my dominant hand.
Does the fitbit calibrate itself over time and adjust? Or is this just faulty?
So far im extremely disappointed with my purchase
