Hi there

I have two fitbit blazes, one for exercise and a wearing one for everyday use, when I go to add a new fitbit on the app, it asks to add or replace so I chose add, but the next screen says "whoa theres already a fitbit blaze connected to my account , the only option I have on that page is to replace it which I don't want to do, any pointers on how to get past this screen

regards

Douglas

To  have multiple fitbits on an account they need to be different models. They can not be the same Sorry

Thanks for that, I take it even though I cant add another, could they still be synched to the phone and could therefor workouts still be synced from each of the trackers ?

Hi there

another query again, I synced and paired one of the fitbits to the app and phone. however due to the battery life on this one deleted it from both the phone and app. however when I sync the good one to the account that's fine, but when I try and pair it to the phone via blue tooth I get two different answers.

Incorrect pin or password    or rejected by blaze

I have tried both pair and on in the classic settings , just strange one fitbit was fine but the other no go

any help appreciated

No, I'm afraid not. You can only sync workouts from fitbits that are connected to the account, and as Wendy says, you can only have one Blaze connected at a time.

The only way round this would be if you used the add device option you tried and replace the Blaze each time you wanted to swap them. A bit of a pain and not really practical. If you do go down this path though it would important to sync the Blaze before swapping else you'll lose data.

Another thing to note if you do get another device and add it to the app. I have a Blaze and Ionic and if you have  blue tooth turned on both the MAIN device that is on the app will update the other totals. At least I noticed this with counted steps. Synced the Ionic and then the Blaze steps also updated to the same as the Ionics. So turn off the devices blue tooth or the main device will control the others stats.
