blaze Bluetooth setup

I got my blaze yesterday an can not connect it to my Bluetooth on my phone I have an android HTC one. I connected to my iPad an have fitbit app I'm getting a message saying wrong passkey which I didn't even put it an also saying I need a low emergency Bluetooth app can someone help please.

There are several Fitbit finder apps on the market.

If the App finds the Blaze you should be good.

The steps should be App finds Blaze, app and Blaze communicate, a passcode is put on the Blaze screen and the App. The user clicks yes in both the app and Blaze.

I find less errors if confirmed yes on the Blaze first.

Also make sure your at least 30 feet from the iPad
