blaze not auto-recognizing exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

autotracking was working fine up until yesterday (1/29/17) -- now won't recognize exercises that it usually does (short walks or runs, but still longer than my settings of 10 min) -- i'm due for some longer runs later in the week, hoping to solve this problem before then?

also, the "track exercise" section of the app no longer displays my exercise goal (e.g. 0 out of 5 days, 1 out of 5 days, etc.)

Hi there @owendrinkwater! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I would recommend going to your settings and setting all your activities as to be "Ignored". Sync your tracker and then go again, choose the time you want for your tracker to start recording your activity (I would recommend trying 10 minutes) and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help!

This doesn't work.  My blaze is no longer auto recognizing my runs. It wasn't an isuue until today.
