blaze not switching to apps

My blaze is perfect as far as sliding up for notifications and sliding down for music, BUT when sliding left, it won't switch to the other apps like Exercise, FitStar, Settings, etc. How can I reboot my blaze if I cant swipe to the Settings tab to Shutdown?

Yes! Hold bottom right button and the left select button until it reboots.
