For me it was the charger, I realized that I had to push the charger down and at it charged. Eventually I just left the charger open used a rubber band to tighten it. That's how I charged it until I got a new charger I'm having similar issues with the new charger also, but I fixed it with a simple piece of Scotch tape in the right place, It put a little upward pressure on it while the charger is snapped down . It seems to work so far, I hope this information helps in some way
