Hello @Mel4239, @bigears1, and @SunsetRunner are you following the Holiday Setup Guide this is on the banner at the top of all tracker model forums.
You need to use the app to attach your tracker to your fitbit account. Once it is connector to your account the Fitbit app will pair it to your phone or computer.
Trying to pair manually through the Bluetooth settings of the phone, computer will only result in the message "Rejected by Blaze'
Best AnswerAll sorted now, I checked everything and reset the device but I couldn't get it to pair with my phone. In the end I reset my phone and this worked. Thanks for the reply.
