I've read in so many different forums that some people can receive notifications and calls and in other forums i've read that you cant. I have received the odd phone call and i could send a test notification. Now all of a sudden i cant receive anything at all. Can anybody clear this up for me please?

Hello @Fennhead6 if you where able to receive a test message, and you say you where you should still be able to.
Let's check your phones Bluetooth to make sure the Blaze still shows connected.
Let's check the Fitbit app settings we should also turn notification off through the 3 dots. Then when turning back on it will check for permissions.
Do you have Fitbit notifications enabled?
Now let's look at. fitbit's help guide on notifacations.

hiya... thanks for your reply. I just dont think it works with my phone. Ive checked everything as it says to do but it still doesnt work. Cant receive test notifications still. Does the tracker need to be connected to anything else other than my phone by bluetooth?

The tracker is only able to connect to one device at a time. If it is connected to a second device you won't get notifications from the main device.
