charging blaze HELP!!

Just bought a new blaze and when I plugged it in to charge it just shows the logo not the "battery" is this normal??

There should also be a web page displayed. Go to http://fitbit.com/setup through the device you want to use to setup the tracker. This page will direct you to the proper app/software for your pgone/computer.

 

Install the app, then choose login, since i see you currently have a Fitbit account.

Do an add device and follow the prompts.

Leave the tracker plugged into the charger since you will also be installing an update. Once the update is installed your battery meter will be displayed.

 

Once setup, look at the bottom of this or any page, click on Help - the picture of your tracker - User manual.

While there browse the help docs or simply type a word like "setup" or "sleep" into the Fitbit search bar. You will find a lot of your answers there, any you don't find we will be happy to help out with.
