Compatible with OnePlus three?

Hi,

I read that Fitbit Blaze is not compatible with One Plus 3. It does not sync the notifications throughout. It leaves the connection in few minutes. Please help me to fix this issue.

Thanks.

Unfortunately the OnePlus 3 is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so it may not be possible to fix.

@AYARDI I'm not following you, you have read about issues about the One + 3, but haven't mention of any issues that you might be having?

Hello... Even, the 1+3 phone is connected to Fitbit Blaze thru BlueTooth, All-Day Sync is activated, required selections are made for Call and Text Notifications in Fitbit App, I do not get the text and phone notifications on my Fitbit Blaze... Now, I understand that Fitbit does not support 1+3 phone and hence, it could be an issue... It will be great if anyone has any alternative (...and permanent) solution to this issue.

Welcome to the Forums @AYARDI@SteveH and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! Woman Very Happy As mentioned One +3 is not a compatible phone. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device.

See you around! Woman Happy

I've got an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (the 4GB/64GB version). It's definitely not on the compatible list, but I surely would not use that as guidance. This phone does work with my Fitbit, so the One Plus 3 should work as well. Google Play will tell you if the phone isin't compatible with the base software. If it is not, then the OP would have to set it up on a computer.

The only way to find out is to set the tracker up. If this is successful, then it is and will be compatible. I would not use that list as a guide, since my phone works with the app and the tracker. No offense. I never did. I just went "fudge it" (I used a different 4 letter word that I would use in the GTA V forums, but since this forum is G rated, or at the worst, PG rated, I can't be using that language here, unless you were in Canada. Then I could use that 4 letter word in a PG context since that is allowed). If my phone is compatible, any phone that runs Android 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and iOS should and will be compatible. From my experience, I would not be using that list or relying on it. That's just me. If you look, not every manufacturer is on there, when it should be. Asus is definitely not on there, but I got the tracker to sync with the phone and the dashboard (phone) working.

Just download the software. It'll work. It did for me. Even though my phone is only a year old, it's being replaced soon. Going to get an Zenfone 3 (the 6/64 version). Because of the Intel SOC in my Zenfone 2 (the 4/64 version), it's a massive drain on the battery since Day One. I also have a Zenfone 2 (3/16) that I use as a backup, but soon I'll have to format that so it can be used as an everyday backup. The 3/16 has the Snapdragon processor that is way more forgiving on the battery (7 hours now on the 4/64 vs 14 on the 3/16).

The 3/16 has been only used twice, once when I bought it, for all of about 14 days, the other when the 4/64 had to be sent back for warranty work.

Don't go by that list. As I've proved, it'll work.

People look at that list and think it's the Holy Bible. Since I listen to alternative rock and adult alternative rock, one thing I was taught in music class was to throw away any lists and try it for yourself. If it works, it'll work.

And I mainly played bass guitar, piano and percussion (what I was taught). So go figure. lol. I was taught how to trash the bass guitar, play depressing music on the piano, and to balance all this out, my cute (at the time) music teacher decided to teach me percussion so we can have a "happy" element to balance out the other 2. I didn't see it then and I still don't see it now, as I find a way to apply the piano theory to percussion.

I could tell you horror stories about trashing a bass guitar through a 1956 Epiphone Tube amp, but that's best saved for later. The amp survived, even though I tried to break it. This was in 1994.

Best amp I've ever used: Vox AC30. You can crank them up to the limit and then some and they won't distort. Lots of bands use this. I used one playing synthesizer once.

Bottom line: That list should not be relied on.

That's good advice. The list shows those devices that have been proven to work. If a device is not on the list it just means that that fitbit have not proven it to work, not that it definitely won't work.

One variation on that to be aware of is a device not on the list may sometimes work but not consistently. Because of this the normal troubleshooting steps in the event of syncing stopping are not really worth following.

Hence why I never followed the list. It still works.

Hi All

I have a one plus 3 and just bought my fitbit blaze. It work perfectly. Just sync and that's it. It receives the notiffications. You can choose what to receive ( I have messenger facebook, whatsaap, agenda and gmail). The only issue is if you have bluetooth headphones you cannot control the music on the watch. Hope this will be fixed.

Any idea on when/if the OnePlus 3T will be added to this list?  It is a great phone and the syncing works perfectly.  Just can't get notifications.  It would be a really nice to have this.  I own a business and am on the go all they time, I just bought the Blaze to replace my Garmin, but never imagined the notifications wouldn't work.  Please let programmers know that there are several OnePlus users hoping to get their phones added to this compatible devices list!  Thanks.

I did go through the process one last time and rebooted my phone and my blaze at the same time.  This time it appears my calls are going to my blaze, but can't seem to get my MS Exhange email and texts to connect.  Calls are a good start, I hope this means the rest will be coming soon.  Thank you!

Using my Blaze with my OnePlus 3T on the latest OxygenOS based on Android Nougat. Syncing works. Notifications and music do not. Earnestly waiting for a fix!
